Hah, thanks, but I don’t really like it considering that I’m partially bald and everyone can see it. Apparently unless you have had cancer/chemotherapy, you are not allowed to wear hats in school, even if bald. What a stupid rule.

I recently started a new

tumblr. It’s centered around my mental health, specifically my trichotillomania, the compulsive and uncontrollable urge to pull out one’s own hair. I find it extremely ironic how my depression caused a relapse of trich, and dealing with trich is making me depressed. The url is “trichotillo.tumblr.com”. Trichotillomania

is a psychological condition where said affected person has uncontrollable urges to pull out (and sometime eat) their own hair. This can include pulling from eyebrows, eyelashes, and pubic hair, but most commonly from the scalp, which is where I pull from. Not a lot of people have trichotillomania and I feel so alone. It recently got to the point where my bald patches were so large that I could barely hide them. So, I cut all my hair off. Not a full shave, but pretty close to it. If there are any of you trichers reading this, please talk to me. I would love to hear your stories in hope that one day, we will all be pull-free.
